The location was best possible, just a short stroll away from Cleveland Grays Armory Museum. Cosy place with superb service too.

The hotel was spotlessly clean, the rooms were very affordable with SPECTACULAR views. I slept so comfy in the great bed. The breakfast had lots of amazing options, and was freshly prepared. The outdoor bar was superb and the drinks were hot.

Reasonable location, immaculate rooms, always fairly friendly staff. Breakfast was traditional and had lots of food. Exceptional view, a little balcony, exceptionally comfortable bed, too. Nice design, excellent service in the entire hotel.

I had very pleasant days staying at this non-smoking hotel. Absolutely perfect location, helpful staff and fresh made breakfast. Original and very affordable room with a spectacular view from the window. Exceptionally clean place and excellent service. Good restaurants.

The hotel was affordable and neat everywhere. Everything was excellent, however a few employees were disrespectful. Handy location, walking distance to cleveland grays armory museum. I visited an attached restaurant and loved the local meals they offer.

location is stunning and informative staff made my stay fairly nice. the units are beautiful, beautiful. friendly service within 0.5 km of the airport.

The property was neat, featured nice design ; I loved it. Great bedroom and spotless bathroom. Traditional breakfast was a bonus. Cozy lobby. I had a nice stay.

The stay was absolutely AWESOME. We asked for a warm room and got one - it was nicely furnished. Fairly clean hotel, exceptional service. Easy location to a minded museum. Visited few places in the center, not too far away from the property.

Good food and efficient service provided with smiles. The staff did all they can for an exceptional stay. Splendid view of pool. Had warm drinks in the outdoor bar in the evening.

The hotel was clean, the room was non smoking and the bed was wonderfully comfortable. I got free upgrade and loved it. Delicious breakfast with plenty of so good food. The pool was well maintained and the views were excellant;))

Facilities were modern, yet wi-fi was quite slow.

The pool area was nice, bed was comfy. Not to mention private parking for residents.

room was good value. so close to the downtown, 15 minutes on foot. they have on-site restaurant called the garden grille and bar. our new favorite place to stay in cleveland.
